Designed by American artist Susan Lordi, the Willow Tree Nativity collection is created in partnership with DEMDACO. From her studio in Kansas City, Missouri, Lordi hand-carves the original of each figure and designs the accompanying pieces. This particular piece, the Crèche, is constructed from Lordi's original prototype and painted by hand.

The Crèche is designed to be displayed on a shelf, table, or mantel, and it comes packaged in a fitted box, ready for gift-giving. To clean the Crèche, simply dust it with a soft brush or cloth, as water or cleaning solvents should be avoided.

The Crèche is a three-piece assembly that folds flat for storage, measuring 17 inches high, 20 inches wide, and 11.5 inches deep. The backdrop and base consist of a center vertical portion with cross beams and rusted nail marks, and the larger and smaller base pieces fit together for a tiered display.
